Licensing and implementation. After you have reached a consensus at your institution, we will guide you through the licensing and implementation process. Our consultants will be available on-site during the implementation/kickoff period for training and consultation as you create new assessments, SLOs and rubrics that are completely customized for your institution. eLumen’s “Smart Home Pages” make the system easy to use; eLumen’s consultants are also available for training. After the initial installation, eLumen software requires minimal involvement from the institution’s IT department. The annual licensing fee is based on the size of the institution.
