How eLumen Achievement™ Models the Essential Process

The best way to understand what eLumen offers is to see how it directly assists faculy doing assessment. To help you do that, we here provide an annotated presentation. You can choose to view it either as a PDF file or as an HTML file. The presentation uses eLumen screenshots to illustrate how each step that faculty take is facilitated by the software. Preliminary information

1. The software is accessible through the Internet.
2. Access is controlled through a specific ID and password. This pairing is linked, on internal security files, to authorized modules and information. (For example, only an instructor assigned to a course can document student achievement and review the results for that course.)
3. While all participating instructors directly access their own course data, one trained person (the “data steward”) maintains information for the program or college overall.
